CurrentAs a QA Manual and API Tester, I have been responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through rigorous testing methodologies. My role has included:1) Manual Testing: Conducting comprehensive manual testing of software applications, focusing on functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. Developing and executing detailed test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring they are tracked and resolved.2) API Testing: Performing API testing using tools like Postman to validate RESTful services, ensuring data integrity and communication between different system components. Writing test scripts, verifying response status codes, headers, and body data, and managing API test automation where applicable.3) Test Planning & Strategy: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define test plans, strategies, and test cases based on requirements and user stories. Ensuring thorough coverage of all possible scenarios and edge cases.4) Bug Tracking & Reporting: Logging, tracking, and managing defects using tools like Jira. Prioritizing issues based on severity and impact, and working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.5) Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Ensuring clear communication of testing progress and results to stakeholders.6) Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Staying updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of testing activities.By combining thorough manual testing practices with effective API testing, I have helped ensure that applications are reliable, performant, and meet user expectations.
