• PPAP Documentation for newly developed products. Preparing PFD, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan and Inspection Plan. Conduct measurement system analysis (MSA) and ensure gauge availability.
• Coordinating with maintenance department to ensure preventative maintenance schedules of all machines. Keeping machine maintenance, Jig maintenance, Die maintenance and other maintenance records
• Investigating customer complaints.
• Root cause analysis against the customer complaint with the help of core team and take the corrective action. Prepare the corrective action report in the CAPA format.
• Monitoring of tooling and fixtures required for product to maintain quality.
