• Complete KYC onboarding for new and pre- existing customer by reviewing Client documentation and appropriate information is contained in the KYC to meet all regulatory, Legal bank and Audit requirements.• Performing the required KYC screening on new clients by documenting and corroborating the information obtained on the client as required by the Global KYC procedures utilizing a variety of independent sources in order to determine client risk profile as established under the Global KYC procedures.• Committed to delivering excellent customer service while working in a fast- paced environment.

• Working on Account Closure and Account Maintenance Team.• Account Maintenance activities includes Address setup, Tax Id update, Updating Overdraft charges & other activities like Adding, Modifying or deletion of records in company system.• Account Closure activities includes checking the Cash balances, transferring of cash balances to other existing account or address of the clients. Checking on pending fees and getting the approvals from various other teams to finally close the account accordingly.• Allocation of work within the team & Sending day to day reports to management as well as team.• Servicing Relationship Manager and Account Manager.• Supported two sub process within 1 year of joining the organization.• Training new partners and creating sufficient back up for the team when in need.• Taking initiative for conducting team meetings and other activities.
