"To establish RSDAS as viable, credible, sustainable alternative for road safety in India"The project includes market scanning and commercial viability of RSDAS (Road Safety Driver Accreditation System), which includes selection of franchisee, pricing, incentives and CSR. This RSDAS event would be done in collaboration with many local NGO’s, which will help us in providing better Marketing support and by reaching to the Drivers of the Villages of their working state so that the maximum number of training centers are available to make the process easy. Operational and Technical planning of initiative by on ground implementation, by fulfilling the needs or requirements for this project. Improving the website and application content and social marketing by various method for promotion of RSDAS. Execution in strategic alliance with auto makers, auto components and auto Financier. At the same time there are some work such as process re-engineering & operational improvement and automation for Load dial including Functional testing of site and app which would help in making the booking process easy.
