Studied the previous existing security schemes and mitigated the gap of an efficient security scheme being immune to attacks from outside adversaries. Designed and implemented a hop-count-based security solution, which is superimposed in service architecture. The proposed scheme allows transferring data in a network only if the hop-count received by the packet matches with the hop-count between the source and destination node stored in the routing table. Otherwise, the data is considered malicious and hence discarded from the network. Proposed an enhanced security scheme for IoT devices in a Service Oriented Architecture. We proposed a novel approach of the fusion of cryptanalysis with a routing table of the network to make the scheme more effective, efficient, and robust which shows better results than other proposed schemes in the same literature. The authors have modified the algorithm to make it resourceful in the web services environment. I have submitted one conference paper (SecureIoT) and one journal paper (SOS) during my internship.
