Eibergen, Netherlands

The aim of the internship was to develop a better understanding of the mix (a mixture of raw materials in abrasive thin wheels) by investigating the parameters that influence its quality. A uniaxial compression method was employed to quantify unconfined yield strength of the mixes. The content of loosely bonded filler particles were measured using a specialized equipment which quantified the dampness of the mixes. The analysis of data using mathematical tools helped in developing a predictive model for the future.

Led the R&D team for quality vetting in paints; developed water based enamel paints for exterior and interior applications with up to 60% water content and exhibited extended shelf life (> 2 years).In-charge for research on synthesis of two-shot Gel Back compound for machine made carpets made from natural latex and synthetic SBR with successful trails at customer sites.

New Delhi Area, India

Implemented planned lessons in a refreshing and stimulating manner so as to facilitate all styles of learning and promote active class participation using visual/audio accompaniments to facilitate interactive learning. Created and distributed educational supports, including reading material, activities, homework assignments.Utilized several teaching methods and techniques to guarantee the solid understanding of concepts introduced and taught. Assessed and evaluated student growth; created action plans on group-wide and individual basis in response to student feedback.

Panipat Area, India

Monitored the production process of hydrogen by understanding the process outlay. Worked in a team project on calculation of efficiency of the reformer furnace and to determine effectiveness of catalyst using mathematical modelling and analysis

Greater Noida, India

Examined the injection molding process on an industrial scale and analyzed the process related defects incurred in molded parts. Accessed the quality of manufactured products and collaborated with production team to implement new ideas and process methods.
