My goal is to create inclusive and intersectional approaches to education and prevention. Reflecting on my career, I cherish the "aha" moments where collaborative efforts have directly led to the reduction of violence or harm—these moments affirm that I am on the right path. I am a quick learner, always open to feedback, and practice humility to continuously improve my methods.With extensive experience in student well-being, I specialize in the prevention of sexual and intimate partner violence, as well as substance use issues in campus and nonprofit settings. My expertise includes bystander intervention, curriculum development, organizational capacity building, campus climate survey coordination, program implementation, and training evaluation.My approach to training and consultation is rooted in building trust and utilizing active listening skills, meeting individuals where they are in their stages of change. I emphasize cultural humility, recognizing that genuine harm reduction must be framed within anti-oppression, social justice, and equity. I engage respectfully with campus administration, students, staff, and faculty, providing practical and achievable solutions. My previous work has involved partnerships with rape crisis and domestic violence programs, campus administration, and allied professionals.
