Search potential suppliers on the basis of the clear/ settle down technical requirement provided by customers and internal production designers. Check and send out drawings then get quotations from suppliers. Supplier plant visiting, quality qualification & finance profile collecting then finish the supplier entry evaluation sheet. Follow up the material trail run data and keep suppliers well known about testing result. Negotiate for price, lead time, transportation and payment term with suppliers. Establishing vendor code, info record and sourcing list for new supplier and each material in SAP.2. PO making and order confirmation. Collect production data to calculate scrap and usage so that purchasing volume is under control always. Minimize the storage by using JIT and VIM. Send forecast to suppliers and focus on potential shortage materials. Check the sample with QE with qualified drawings, meanwhile getting MSDS. Develop 2nd source in parallel, key in vendor information and quota in SAP to ensure MRP order automatically. Coordinate and get emergency solution together with DE, PE and QE, where physical and chemical characteristic knowledge is mandatory.3. JIT delivery management.4. ECN follows up.
