Brookwater is certified as a Woman Owed Enterprise (WBE) with the California Department of Transportation, certified with the San Francisco Agency as a Small Business (SBE), UDBE in California and nationwide and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise with several other agencies. Janet Luehrs, Principal and Partner, has over 36 years experience in the irrigation industry and is certified by the Irrigation Association as a Commercial Irrigation Designer and Water Auditor. Ms Luehrs is also an EPA Water Sense Partner. Janet is an ASIC American Society of Irrgation Consultants) Vice President and also an ASIC National Board Member.
