My mission with DogmaticsLLC dog training and in my George A. Bulldog book series is to teach and inspire people to be effective, kind and connected dog-parents.DogmaticsLLC is dedicated to using positive reinforcement methods and empathy to provide in-home dog training, relationship building and problem solving for dog-parents. With nearly a decade of professional dog training experience, I've trained dozens of different breeds in hundreds of hours of private and group classes, am certified through Animal Behavior College, the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, and Fear Free and have completed several Master's-level courses in Applied Behavior Analysis. I train dogs to be better family members or for service dog work.I am a Navy veteran and federal service retiree. During my career in federal service, I met my first service dog and fell in love with the idea of training dogs to help people with disabilities, then I fell in love with improving the lives of dogs and their people through dog training. I started my dog training career volunteering and then working for a non-profit service dog organization. After founding DogmaticsLLC, I joined and continue to provide training support to American Humane’s Pups 4 Patriots program and the Golden Retriever Rescue of Mid-Florida.
