- Succesful set up of the ICT Service Desk based in Chisinau, Moldova (2014) and in Skopje, Macedonia (2017) delivering 24/7 IT services to our Katoen Natie colleagues worldwide (+5000 users).- Responsible for optimal management of all service delivery aspects, such as:* Correct and timely delivery of services (by ICT Service Desk)* Looking for continuous improvement of various internal and external processes (translating needs between the business and IT)* Daily follow up of Incident-, Request-, Problem- and Knowledge Management* Complaint handling and undertaking RCA’s, while recommending corrective and preventive actions for reoccuring problems. Making sure the right people get together to solve problems.* Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and making sure the delivery of our services meet customer demands by using the Ivanti Service Management (powered by HEAT).* Making sure correct and complete communication is done via various platforms to keep our ICT department and our customers (KTN colleagues) informed of outages / preventive actions taken.* Monitoring and reporting of monthly statistics towards management.- Set up of Change Management within our IT organisation, making sure changes are done in a controlled way, raise awareness for changes done to the infrastructure and to intervene faster when incidents occur.- Besides running the ICT Service Desk I am also leading a team of 3 developers to support, manage and continuously improve the Ivanti Service Manager.

- Scope: serve the customer by providing product and service information- Responsible for the general flow of incoming and outgoing containers; unloading, loading and handling of the material in containers while on terminal, customs procedures, complaint handling, planning, logistics management of the warehousing and dispatching of goods- Implementing strategies to meet customer demands- Implementing coordination and follow up of operational activities- I worked for Sabic, an established customer at the terminal. After the induction and assessment of the product flows I initiated an in depth analysis of the inbound flows, including development of working procedures within the administrational team. After 1,5 years I was selected to implement the start up of a new terminal dedicated to Exxon. As a new team member I implemented learnings and improved communication from my Sabic experience. The realisation of the optimization for the general work flow within administration was an important asset for the new team.
