CurrentResponsibilities:- Lead effective research planning and ensuring timely delivery of the PI research, meeting product requirements (quality levels).- Ensure QA and publish the PI research (annual updates, Rebalancing, Corporate actions, ad-hoc research, client deliverables)- Lead the PI sub-team of 6 data analysts by providing clear direction, establishing SMART goals, and optimizing resource allocation.- Assist the PI Team Director to identify and eliminate roadblocks by… Show more Responsibilities:- Lead effective research planning and ensuring timely delivery of the PI research, meeting product requirements (quality levels).- Ensure QA and publish the PI research (annual updates, Rebalancing, Corporate actions, ad-hoc research, client deliverables)- Lead the PI sub-team of 6 data analysts by providing clear direction, establishing SMART goals, and optimizing resource allocation.- Assist the PI Team Director to identify and eliminate roadblocks by partnering with technology teams and other database teams.- Contribute to the implementation and testing of new smart technology solutions in consultation with Sustainalytics’ Digital Innovation Team- Ensure appropriate methods and techniques to improve and maintain the highest quality standards in the data collected by the team- Responsible for monthly performance analysis and KPI reporting.- Identify areas for improvement across the team and provide coaching and training to team members as appropriate and according to the specific needs of the individuals and the group.- Conduct performance reviews of each team member and set career development paths and opportunities for team members.- Lead hiring/onboarding of new PI analysts and ensure the development of the necessary technical skills and content expertise.
