As a faculty statistical consultant with the CSU Stat Lab, I collaborate with campus researchers focusing on applied statistical analysis. I assist with study design, analysis and interpretation of results across a wide variety of disciplines. I have extensive experience with linear models including generalized and mixed models. In addition to general statistical analysis, I have handled the data analysis for a number of projects involving large biological data sets. Examples include gene expression, proteomics, metabolomics, genetic association and high throughput sequencing projects for a variety of organisms. I have strong experience using R and SAS for programming and analysis.I teach applied Statistics courses for both undergraduate and graduate students. Topics include linear models, generalized linear models, experimental design and statistical consulting.
