I provide support for two senior client executives, forming a bridge between the executives and the managed services, sales, and solutions groups. I work with clients to understand their operational and technical needs and priorities to facilitate business growth and efficiency. I also provide support by creating reports and giving informative presentations. Key Accomplishments►Developed procedures to create more efficiency and effectiveness in the bidding process for E-Rate which provides discounts to schools and libraries in the United States to obtain affordable telecommunications and Internet access.►I created new project tracking and monitoring method which increased visibility and efficiency by allowing for prompt modifications when needed.►Continually trusted with additional duties outside the realm of the Client Associate, working one-on-one with engineers as deals are created, working closely with the engineering group ensuring project deadlines are met, and prioritizing projects.

This was a promotion. Provide direct, proactive support to four Financial Advisors. I received and responded to client requests for distributions and account maintenance and researched and resolved complex client account problems effectively. Performed light vendor management tasks ensuring complete client satisfaction.Key Accomplishments► Displayed high aptitude for innovation by streamlining the amount of paperwork used to ensure seamless account transfers, created a monitoring system for incoming client account transfers and acted promptly to address problems and avoid transfer delays.

Received and responded to client inquiries and requests for account assistance via email and phone, resolving any reported issues. Received approximately 30 calls per day plus emails, and supported up to 10 financial advisors with general questions and paperwork.Key Accomplishments► I was often requested specifically by financial advisors to work with them although there were four others on the team.
