My purpose and passion in life are one in the same - to empower people: one heart, one soul, one life at a time. Working with people to create their best life personally and professionally is the reason I became a life and leadership coach and workshop facilitator. With over twenty-five years of experience in the areas of leadership, management and training I have had and continue to have the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals and teams. I believe people are an organization’s most valuable asset.While specializing in coaching new and middle managers, I also enjoy working with their teams. My clients and peers have shared that one of my strengths is asking those tough questions with kindness, and listening to the answers in order to support them in moving forward with their goals. I earned my ACC from the International Coaching Federation and Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach certificate from the Global Team Coaching Institute. In addition to coaching I facilitate workshops on a variety of topics including: Achieving Life/Work Balance, Effective Communication, Effective Meeting Management, Presentation Skills, Productive Conflict Resolution, Team-building, and Time Management. DiSC profiles are utilized in several of the workshops. Before owning my own business, I worked for the American Cancer Society where I held a variety of senior leadership positions. Volunteering is one area of my life which has always been and continues to be extremely important to me.
