Assist Chartered Accountants in the field of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation. Financial Statement preparation and analysis. Assist in conducting Stock Audits. Maintain books of accounts in Tally. Prepared company accounts and tax returns for audit. Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable. Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation, and regulations are Correctly followed and complied with. Collating, checking, and analyzing client’s spreadsheet data. Assist in ITR filing using Winman Software. Abet in Tax Audits of various Companies. Preparation of payroll and various employee benefits. Reconciling of accounts which includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Bank Reconciliation and Associated companies. To record monthly closing entries including prepaid or deferred Incomes or Expenses, Provisions and Depreciation of assets. Assist in GST Return Filing. Knowledge in GST and Gulf VAT. To coordinate and assist in Concurrent Bank Audits & Statutory Bank Audits Maintain Chart of Accounts and prepare periodical FS such as Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement. Maintaining Fixed Asset registers & process depreciation schedules. Prepares and maintain daily Cash reports, Bank reports, Prepaid Income or Expense register, Petty Cash Statements. Maintain records of A/P & A/R timely and periodically updating aging Reports of debtors & creditors. Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements for Spiritual Organizations Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and Recommendations. Performs related duties as assigned.
