- Sourcing and acquiring projects that fit with the WestEnd brand, including Stephen Frears’ TAMARA DREWE, Joseph Cedar’s Palme d’Or- and Oscar-nominated FOOTNOTE, Rodrigo Garcia’s Oscar-nominated ALBERT NOBBS, J Blakeson’s THE DISAPPEARANCE OF ALICE CREED, David Gordon Green’s JOE starring Nicholas Cage and MANGLEHORN starring Al Pacino, Yaron Zilberman’s A LATE QUARTET, independent animation SONG OF THE SEA by Tomm Moore, British production THE FACE OF AN ANGEL by Michael Winterbottom, Kanu Behl’s TITLI (Un Certain Regard, 2014) and Shira Geffen’s SELF MADE (Semaine de la Critique, 2014) - Establishing and developing strong relationships including producers, financiers, agents, writers and director. Drawing on these relationships not only to find projects but also to bring finance or creative elements to projects when relevant- Representing the company at international markets, festivals and co-production forums (e.g. Cannes, Berlin, PFM, Karlovy Vary, Locarno, San Sebastian, Melbourne)

- Producing and co-ordinating marketing materials (trailers, promos, posters, press kits, stills and captions, company catalogues); writing copy for such materials- Organising the company’s presence at markets and festivals (screenings, meetings, writing and press releases and company ads, compiling media coverage); handling submissions to festivals, negotiating festival fees and organising print transport- Applying for and claiming grants to support the marketing of our films (UKTI, MEDIA, EFP)

Working on two major BBC Learning campaigns- Helping to organise events being held all over the UK- Organising transport, equipment, ticket allocation, and a database of attendants- Dealing with enquiries, comments and complaints- Compiling press coverage, conducting surveys
