I have worked within Forth and Oban since January 2017 as Group HR Assistant. In general, I am the first point of contact for Manager and Employees within the Company and deal with the wide range of queries and incidents that may arise, in an extremely fast-paced environment. Examples of key duties:• Monitoring and updating HR policies and Employee Handbook, as required• Providing advice to Managers on ER cases, with a focus on Company policies, procedures and legislation• Attend and manage short and long term absence, managing absence meetings• Minute taking in meetings as required • Managing performance issues and providing advice to Manager• Managing the HR Inbox and respond to email enquiries in a timely manner• Managing Recruitment Inbox• Processing New Start paperwork and managing the onboarding process for all employees• Issuing statements of particulars for all employees before they commence employment • Process all Change of Details • Attending any disciplinaries and grievances as required • Monitor performance and probation and arrange letters of concerns and probation meetings as required• Managing Select HR within the department, providing any training needed

PROCUREMENT/SUSTAINABILITY • Presented at Sustainability Committee meeting and for the Senior Leadership Team.
