Answers by Ann - Personal Computer CoachI specialize in teaching (coaching) specialized computer skills to individuals and small businesses, in their home or office. Currently I work part-time at the Worcester Senior Center (as a contractor) functioning as the co-ordinator of the Computer Learning Lab, and occasionally teaching courses.I work with individuals teaching skills ranging from the most basic simple surfing and email skills, up to Powerpoint, Excel, Printshop, Photoshop, and Quicken. My hours are flexible and allow for evening and weekend appointments, as needed, for people not available during the day.I also provide office support to small businesses, ranging from presentations to file management to data structure and backups. Many small business owners are excellent in managing their business but need a little support in the computer systems with which they keep track of their day to day activities.
