As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Provider Resources, Inc., I ensure the accuracy and compliance of medical claims processing for various health insurance programs. I work with a team of specialists to review, audit, and correct claims data, as well as to provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. I also assist with training and mentoring new hires and developing quality assurance guidelines and procedures.I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Farmingdale State College, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in accounting, finance, marketing, and operations. Before joining Provider Resources, I worked on a contract project as a Reimbursement Analyst at Philips, where I handled the billing and collection of Medicare and Medicaid claims for medical devices and equipment. I have a strong background and interest in the healthcare industry, and I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the quality and efficiency of healthcare services and outcomes.
