Cooperation with major Suppliers of petroleum coke and coal (CPT, FCA contracts): * signing Additional Agreements to frame Contracts on a monthly basis;* submitting Transportation Plans on a monthly basis; * deliveries coordination and keeping records for quantity and quality;* finalizing quantity based on formulas as per Moisture and CoAs;* finalizing prices based on Quotations and deescalation as per CoAs;Cooperation with Terminals (CFR, FOB deals):* Giving instructions on the Stockpiles arrangement * Laycan agreement, vessel nomination;* Providing loading instructions as per vessel's holds;* Export declarations control and arrangement;* Dealing with storage, transshipment, freight payments control;* Coordination of the Selling contracts with standard operations routine applied (recaps approval, contracts signing, issuing provisional / final invoices, sending shipping originals if needed, etc.) *Management and control of the corporate data system;*Daily deals updates for the management.

Contractual and financial performance of sales and purchases: •Based on the deals’ recaps, post trader execution of the deals ensuring that all contractual and operational requirements are fully met (with contracts properly arranged through the contractual chain (2-3 counter parties);•Control of the pricing period; •Price determination based on Platts quotations and discounts;• Handle and control incoming and outgoing invoicing (accuracy and completeness);• Cash flow forecast based on issued invoices and confirmed recaps; • Accounts receivables control; • Documents management in the corporate records system;• Arranging various reports; • Close communication with internal and external parties to maximise profits and minimise losses on trades;• Developing strong working relationships with traders, third parties, associates and other departments within company; • Prompt and accurate entry of various operational data on shipments and costs on the daily basis into the records system.

• Negotiation beneficial terms with Customers for new sales contracts and execution of the existing ones for various petrochemicals including N-Butanol, Iso-Butanol, MEA, Acetone, Cyclopentane, Acetic Acid Glacial, PTBP.• Daily monitoring petrochemicals deliveries both in iso containers and in bulk• Maintaining and expanding partnership relations with foreign Customers / Suppliers via effective communication and timely updates• Complex control of the payment status and accounts receivable per each Customer, observing due dates• Making analysis of the product demand in terms of contractual liabilities • Control of the payments to the Suppliers• Close communication with finance and logistics teams• Dealing with REACH registration issues
