Currently managing Problem Management team for Appriss Insights within Equifax, reviewing incidents for trends, providing reports to management, coordinating the completion of Root Cause Analysis Reports, and facilitating post-review meeting as necessary. The Problem Manager position was a new role for Appriss four years ago and has improved the process for Root Cause Analysis to hold the appropriate parties responsible for completing their tasks and implementing either work-arounds or permanent fixes.It has also reduced the number of repeating incidents by working with engineers to provide a fix. I have over 20 years of experience working for technology companies in positions such as: Quality Assurance Analyst, Implemention Analyst, and Database Administrator.
