I’m a creative innovator and optimist who enjoys adding a little element of surprise to my work with humor. I keep my calm during difficult situations and ask questions to get to the root of the problem and find a solution.As the Vice President of Marketing at Verve, a Credit Union, I manage our marketing and community outreach teams, which includes brand/design, internal and external communication, social media, member sentiment, marketing automation, user experience, digital experience, and our donation and sponsorship efforts. One of my favorite parts about my job is looking at member data, identifying trends in different groups and looking for opportunities to launch a successful new campaign.I love the challenges of solving problems with innovative marketing campaigns—like our 90-day-no-pay loans—and enjoy being involved in various aspects of marketing, including reviewing campaign concepts, brainstorming ideas for radio and billboard ads, using analytics to adjust our strategy and overseeing our community outreach efforts.
