As Marketing Director at The Barre Dance Boutique, I am responsible for overseeing a wide range of marketing, customer relations, and operational tasks that support the company's strategic vision and day-to-day success.I conceptualize, schedule, produce, and post content across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with the goal of attracting new clients and expanding our brand’s reach. My work in content creation is complemented by my management of our email marketing campaigns and CRM systems, which help nurture leads and maintain ongoing relationships with our customer base.In addition to marketing and communication efforts, I handle customer and vendor interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns, while also fostering long-term relationships. I am responsible for updating the company website and ensuring that our inventory management system is current and aligned with brand guidelines and compliance standards.I have also played a key role in developing, communicating, and implementing business policies that streamline operations and ensure consistency across the company. On the operational side, I manage our booking system, ensuring smooth scheduling for appointments and coordinating coverage as needed.Having been with The Barre since its inception, I have helped shape the company’s direction and growth, contributing to both our online presence and the efficiency of our day-to-day operations. My hands-on involvement in these diverse areas has been crucial in building a solid foundation for the company's success.
