In the international development arena, I have conducted evaluations in the areas of water and sanitation, energy, natural disaster reconstruction, urban development, the environment and cultural heritage. I have collected data through surveys, focus groups, country case studies and stakeholder interviews for project-level, country-level, and thematic evaluations. I also have expertise in designing results frameworks and indicators and implementing M&E plans. I also have expertise reviewing evaluation processes.
