Program Specialist
CurrentCreated programs and events for Loudoun County’s newest park. Initiated collaborations with Loudoun County governmental entities and community organizations. Organized and led new planetarium programs in the Digitalis Theta Planetarium model. Planned and managed the park’s first summer camp programs, with 100% of survey respondents indicating they would gladly tell others about the camp. Launched the park’s volunteer program, including events such as the MLK Day of Service, which attracted more than 150 volunteers in its first year. I have reviewed and corrected thousands of botanical records for plants located in South Africa, New Zealand, Finland, and more.
