○ CRM migration of the 68 markets after the companies’ fusion○ Successful roll out of the Marketing messaging system to 20+ markets in a two year span○ One -key connector (IQVIA, MedPages, Karatnet, Proxima) set up and maintenance for 11 national marketsResponsibilities○ Create and maintain of project documentation;○ Long-term and short-term project planning○ Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and releaseplanning, demos, and other○ scrum-related practices and ceremonies○ Distribution of duties and monitoring the workload of the team○ Own decision making within defined level of authority○ Take ownership of the delivery to drive problems to resolution○ Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress and other performancemetrics○ Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency to product and sprint backlogs○ Recommend improvements and contribute to advancement of practices○ Assist team in making appropriate commitments through transparency of their capacityand past performance○ (velocity) and through story prioritization, definition, and task breakdown○ Manage customer project delivery○ Manage the overall risk -analyze & report/escalate problems or delays in meetingcommitments to leadership○ Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the stated deliverables using structuredproject management processes○ Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
