With an estimated project cost of $265 million, the City of Austin has committed approximately $150 million through bond funding, the Waller Creek Tax Increase Reinvestment Zone, and various other channels. The remaining $100 million is sourced from individual, foundation, and corporate contributions, grants, and more.
