Established and maintained relationships with global stakeholders—including internal staff and consultants—to ensure alignment of objectives and priorities.Strategic Planning, Proposals, and Resource Management: Crafted plans and strategic priorities for optimal resource use throughout the year. Formulated project proposals and budgets for technology solutions, project benefits, and integration plans to receive approval and funding.Requirements Management, Business Case Design, and Change Management: Managed requirements gathering, design, business cases, project plans, UAT, and change management to ensure proper preparation for new implementations. Global Solutions and General Ledgers: Integrated a new SAP general ledger to the global balance sheet system infrastructure and reporting platforms. This standardized the general ledger across all business segments and new acquisitions, improving infrastructure at the firm.Technology Alignment, Data Reconciliation, and Automation: Renovated the trade-level balance sheet positions to match the general ledger by reconciling data, building calculations and adjustment tools, and bridging data to other systems. This reduced manual adjustments for controllers by 40%; removed access databases for manual calculations; improved accuracy, timelines, and granularity of data; and eliminated data duplication.Diversity & Inclusion, Mentoring, and Recruiting: Served as chair of the Women’s Business Alliance, as member of employee networking groups, as a mentor to new analysts, and as a college recruiter, striving to enhance a culture of inclusion, belonging, and equity.
