Established and maintained relationships with global stakeholders—including internal staff and consultants—to ensure alignment of objectives and priorities.Strategic Planning, Proposals, and Resource Management: Crafted plans and strategic priorities for optimal resource use throughout the year. Formulated project proposals and budgets for technology solutions, project benefits, and integration plans to receive approval and funding.Requirements Management, Business Case Design, and Change Management: Managed requirements gathering, design, business cases, project plans, UAT, and change management to ensure proper preparation for new implementations. Global Solutions and General Ledgers: Integrated a new SAP general ledger to the global balance sheet system infrastructure and reporting platforms. This standardized the general ledger across all business segments and new acquisitions, improving infrastructure at the firm.Technology Alignment, Data Reconciliation, and Automation: Renovated the trade-level balance sheet positions to match the general ledger by reconciling data, building calculations and adjustment tools, and bridging data to other systems. This reduced manual adjustments for controllers by 40%; removed access databases for manual calculations; improved accuracy, timelines, and granularity of data; and eliminated data duplication.Diversity & Inclusion, Mentoring, and Recruiting: Served as chair of the Women’s Business Alliance, as member of employee networking groups, as a mentor to new analysts, and as a college recruiter, striving to enhance a culture of inclusion, belonging, and equity.

Automation, System Implementations, Strategic Initiatives, and Business Solutions Development: Supported the Regulatory Division with automation of regulatory filing, system implementations, strategic projects and initiatives, and business solution development.Regulatory Reporting, Transparency, and Risk Reduction: Implemented Axiom, a vendor system for regulatory reporting, which met objectives of simplifying and automating the production process, creating transparency in regulatory filings to the federal government, and closing federal audit concerns. This resulted in reduced risk and headcount.Change Management, Team Collaboration, and Training: Led the change management process for Finance, including collaboration with information technology staff on business requirements and prioritization and training Finance users on systematic regulatory filings.Business Transformation and Financial Metrics: Served as a member of a firm-wide transformation program focused on building financial metrics to enable businesses at all levels to evaluate opportunities and grow shareholder value after the financial crisis.Platform Design, Department Coordination, Work Standardization, and Performance Measurement: Collaborated with the Finance Department’s management information system strategy and technology group, which provided an integrated and standardized management reporting platform to produce risk-adjusted returns analysis. This platform drove business decisions and allowed for traceability into data attributes that measured performance. Financial Technology, Cross-functional Partnerships, and Data Quality: Partnered with cross-functional teams in Finance to identify opportunities for automation, renovate processes, improve data quality and data timeliness, and progress deliverables for Finance’s technology agenda and cross-platform initiatives.
