At the current IT recruiter/Sourcer position· I identify full cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria for the target talent in cooperation with the IT recruiter (mentor)· I`m responsible for the pre-screen and the first communication with candidates· I use a multi-channel approach to sourcing active and passive candidates (traditional and non-traditional sources like database in Huntflow, LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, social media, Google X-Ray search, online forums, telegram channels, Blogs etc.)· I take part in forming and maintaining positive image of the Company at the labor market. I always provide a timely and relevant feedback to candidates
