• organize and conduct trainings for both new hired and current employees,• prepare training presentations and guidelines on utility bills, tax payments, customer service, money transfers, commercial and other systems related to operators’ duties, • conduct and participate in personnel vocational skills assessment testing process,• analyze training needs in conjunction with all departments.

• administer HR documentation via Armenian System (ՀԾ) related to employment agreements, vacations, business trips, reference letters,• support HR accountants with payroll accounting process,• control the attendance of employees and report to the top management,• keep and periodically update accurate and proper track of records of employee data in relevant databases.
