• Direct manager to two employees and indirect to thirty eight employees• Process end of episode claims billing audit’s• Maintain all DHEC and Joint Commission policies and procedures including HR files• Process and audit payroll for all employees• Responsible for all new hire orientation and training• Processing all orders and invoices • Maintains all clinical schedules and ensures full productivity is met• Responsible for coordinating all clerical, clinical and office activities

Office Manager

• Input and upload patient data into EMR NextGen• Manage physician/patient schedules and work flow• Convert all paper files and documents into electronic documents • Understand and interpret medical terminology and documents to create a patient’s medical chart• Assist patients in getting assistance to meet their health needs • Train new hires and assist in learning hurdles• Oversees office functions if supervisor is off
