Currently, I am a senior at Appleton West High School. I have had years of experience working at Papa Murphy’s; my duties include cleaning, making pizzas, handling cash, and answering phones. I also had previous experience working for the Junior Program at Winagamie golf course, where I taught children how to play golf and supervised lessons. At school, I participate in history club, math team, international club, poetry club, pickleball club, National Honor Society, and DECA. DECA is a marketing organization that allows students to compete by presenting business strategies to judges and taking tests; over the years, I have earned first place in my hospitality and tourism category and third place in my hotel and lodging category at the Wisconsin State competition, making it to Internationals two years in a row in Orlando and Anaheim. I am the President of Appleton West DECA and the DECA Ambassador for District 4 of Wisconsin. In addition to clubs, I am a captain on the varsity golf team at my school. From my leadership roles in these extracurriculars, I have learned valuable speaking and customer service skills that can use in any setting that I am in. In the future, I plan to attend St. Norbert College and earn a degree in Marketing and my MBA.
