Observe value stream waste, coach and drive Lean principle and methodologies for waste removal. Coach, deploy and learn Lean principles Establish work measurement programs and analyze work samples to develop labor utilization standards. Educate and coach company personnel on Lean concepts, tools and methods. Sort and guide Lean teams to achieve results and meet project goals. Audit regular lean activities. Define and allocate necessary resources. Document Lean efforts through selected metrics and photographs. Develop collective lean tool box and assure instruments and available to lean project participants. Develop standard work to document common lean activities like 5S, Kanban and flow cell construction. Function as technical support in execution activities. Develop Lean communications and conduct factory tours for visitors. Support departments to execute Lean processes.Establish and monitoring Continuous Improvement Direction and guidance in the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and Best PracticesMonitors and manages project progress. Leads Transformation into process oriented organization and ensures processes are migrated to the blueprint as per agreed timelines.Operational oversight to provide services at expected levels with a clear customer focus, including managing exceptions.
