*Consultant and subject matter expert on the procurement process as it impacts Technology Infrastructure Services. *Facilitating and reconciling purchase orders and management processes, project forecasts and actuals reconciliation, and capacity and demand monitoring. • Manage all calendar appointments and travel arrangements monitor phones, and submit expense reports for Senior Vice President. • Prepare meeting materials for SVP, including ordering lunch and distributing meeting materials.• Run reports for department heads, as well as order department office supplies and manage conference room meetings.

• Balance and audit closed/funded loans for data integrity and account balancing. • Set up loans for and calculate Loan Officer Commissions.• Run daily, weekly and monthly reports for multiple department heads, as well as maintain system software updates, order supplies and enter accounting journal entries.
