Leading the Merchandise/Commercial portfolio at Coles. I specialise in talent across our Commerical, Supply Chain, Strategy & Transformation and Own Brand teams at all levels. This is a fast paced, dynamic role, that sees me consulting with numerous cross-functional stakeholders and our Senior Leadership teams to deliver talent within this business critical portfolio, supporting 10 General Managers with circa 900 FTE.
