Anna practises in the area of Property Law. She has acted on behalf of large scale developers and banking institutions in regard to multi-property purchases, sales and leases. She has also conducted matters for local clubs in relation to commercial, industrial and retail leases. Anna has worked on large scale, off-the-plan & strata acquisitions and sales and is experienced in all conveyancing matters.Anna also has a strong Estate Planning practice including high net worth estate and succession planning.Anna was awarded a Scholarship from the Australian Gov. to study in Europe. She was also awarded a Scholarship from the University of Newcastle for a one-year International Exchange at the University of Leeds, UK. Anna was admitted as a solicitor in 2007 having completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Newcastle. She was also a postgraduate at the College of Law. At Harris Wheeler a couple of Anna's key clients are the McCloy Group and Hunter & Central Coast Development Corporation where she provides advice for their property matters including compulsory acquisitions, negotiations and easement work. To date Anna has assisted the RMS with major land acquisitions and other property related transactions associated with major roadway projects for the region.Anna is driven to ensure her clients are highly satisfied. Anna's own experience as a business owner enables her to properly advise on many issues in transactions.Anna completed the 25 million dollar conveyance of 24 Honeysuckle Drive, Honeysuckle and the 15 million dollar conveyance 237 Wharf Road, Newcastle on behalf of a private buyer.
