• The main purpose of this role is to support, develop and deliver targeted activities to young people and small groups across the city of Aberdeen who have been identified as Looked After Children. Other.
• Develop strong relationships with young people and their families.
• Provide a safe and encourage environment for young people to grow and develop.
• Complete and maintain child observations and chronologies.
• Ensure all risk assessment are accurate and updated accurately.
• Attend multi agency meetings as and when required.

• Develop and promote the Move More Aberdeen programme around Aberdeen.
• Encourage and motivate new participants to become active with the programme.
• Manage the 24 volunteers ensuring all training is up to date and all classes are covered.
• Provide follow up phone calls to all current participants to ensure the programme is meeting their individual needs.
