• Assist with the director’s administrative duties, such as Travel, Open Records, Department of Revenue requests, Pro-Card purchases, and referrals. Review case records and administrative records that are pertinent for each case. Conduct interview questions when a case requires interviews. • Write a formatted investigation report(s) containing the findings, and evidence of a substantiated/unsubstantiated allegation and send it to appropriate agencies. Review all evidence to determine if there is fraud, abuse, or misconduct in the allegation.

• Time Administrator, evaluation liaison, maintain travel, expenses, multi-line phone system, multi-screen computers, tax records request, subpoena forms, logs, background checks, all employee documentation, fraud, and abuse hotline, maintain the fraud inbox, upkeep conference rooms, and schedules, directors assistant, first-line redactor.• Assist Investigators with state system programs and locating investigation documents/information.• Assist Investigators with completing Subpoena requests tax request, credit checks, media checks, and database checks for Investigations.

• Following doctors’ orders, sending prescriptions to pharmacy/insurance for patients, updating and maintain patient charts in system, sending and following up on labs – sending thru insurance as well, multi-line phone systems, multi-screen computers
