I work primarily with youth who are struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral problems (in and out of school) and transitions (ie divorce, moving, new schools) I work from a humanistic basis but incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients identify goals for themselves and then examine the thoughts and behaviors that get in the way of them achieving their goals. I also work with adults who are struggling with grief associated with loss of a loved one, divorce, moving or difficulty with conceiving.
