I worked as part of a small team responsible for the establishment of the new business line of OTP. We conducted comprehensive research on entering the housing ecosystem, including market research. As a result of our housing ecosystem concept, OTP decided to acquire a real estate listing site, which later served as the basis for developing ‘OTP Otthon’ for customers looking to sell or buy houses.
