I complete a varied role at Future-Proof Solutions, including both onsite and office-based responsibilities. Onsite, I provide our clients with project support services, including drilling fluid laboratory testing as per API recommended practices, records and quality management, and administrative support. In the office, I'm responsible for various administrative and project support activities as well as assisting with company media production and marketing. With many years of experience in in HSEQ management, I also ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of Future-Proof Solutions’ third-party certified HSEQ management system.

After my promotion to co-director and partner in Stirling Business Consulting, I continued in my consultancy activities while also focusing on business process improvement and development of organisational materials and resources in order to better service clients. Continuing to work in a variety of industries, I worked at providing suitable, tailored, and user-friendly solutions for clients. I also served as the quality management system representative for Stirling Business Consulting's own ISO 9001 system, completing maintenance and continuous improvement activities.

I commenced with Stirling Business Consulting as a quality management specialist, assisting clients to design, implement, maintain and improve their ISO 9001 quality management systems. With additional coaching, mentoring and education, I gradually expanded into OHS and environmental consulting. Operating in a variety of industries from manufacturing and mining, to business services and engineering, I help clients understand the requirements of the standards and apply them to their organisation. I focus on using creativity and critical thinking to ensure that fully tailored and appropriate solutions are implemented.

I led a team of quality management officers in this role, working together to increase and maintain Auscript's high standards for transcript quality. I was responsible for monitoring quality at a hands-on, operational level, as well as managing additional ventures to improve and maintain quality at a tactical level. I was also tasked with maintenance of the company's newly certified ISO 9001 system. As part of this role I implemented additional data collection and analysis initiatives, coached and assisted workers in compliance with quality management system requirements, and worked with senior management to balance quality management with operational requirements.

I worked on various process and infrastructure improvement projects during this role. Assisted by my experience in operational roles, my most significant achievement as project manager was to heading the project to develop Auscript's quality management system documentation; the system was subsequently successfully certified to ISO 9001.
