I prioritized tasks to ensure timely execution of the project, case processing, resolved invoicing discrepancies, and facilitated cross-functional collaboration to meet regulatory deadlines. Acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders in this project, I streamlined communication and decision-making processes, delivering results that aligned with organizational goals.Currently, I am expanding my expertise in Agile methodologies through certifications. I have obtained an Atlassian Agile Project Management Professional Certificate along with hands-on training with tools like Jira.
