Symbal specializes in change management, change communication and training. My task was to start up Symbal in Gothenburg (headquarters in Malmö). In the role as Regional Manager I was responsible for business development, marketing, sales, recruitment and personnel. As project manager, I was also responsible for our customer projects and worked with concept development and script writing.

Intermezzon is an education company that helps its customers to develop sales and leadership. At the company, I was responsible for the group that produces interactive training. The role included designing our e-learning offer as well as personnel responsibilities. As project manager and script writer, I was responsible for developing training solutions for many of our customers.

At Mandator I was responsible for the interactive media team. I also worked as project manager and script writer, primarily for e-learning solutions.

EISI was one of the pioneers of web based education portals and e-learning. At the company, I was active as a script writer and project manager and at the end also as head of the production group.
