Finance Manager
Current• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with support from sale teams.• Interface with third party accounting partner to prepare year-end filings • Support tax planning outlook with key insights• Manage quarterly and annual internal reporting processes, focusing on concise presentations to management• Manage, maintain, and improve database systems as it relates to the accounting function of the business including QuickBooks Online, Dropbox, and Monday.com• Analyze business practices, making recommendations for generating further company efficiency• Maintain active oversight on banking access and controls, company cheques and credit cards• Develop forward-looking budgets and profitability targets with support from the Managing Director• Develop, implement, and actively enforce accounting policies across the business with support from the Managing Director• Directs accounting support and provides training, advice and guidance as needed.
