I am a senior working toward a bachelor’s degree in both Human Resource Management with an entrepreneurship collateral and Psychology at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Broadly, I am interested in employee and organizational wellbeing, housed under categories such as financial wellness and diversity, equity, and inclusion. My planned academic experiences, such as a sequence in intergroup dialogue facilitation, combined with my recent role in communications are preparing me to become an effective leader in human resource management. Upon completion of my bachelor’s degree, I plan to begin my career as well as obtain a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with a dual focus upon benefits and diversity, equity, and inclusion. As I progress further in my career, I plan to pursue a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics and turn my focus to analysis of organizational structure and policy and their effects on employee motivation and organizational success.
