• Lead project planning meetings with superiors, department heads and relevant team members• Ensure projects are within budget and completed according to the scheduled schedule• Monitor project progress and report potential issues to relevant personnel• Arrange commissions and explain relevant paperwork, including contracts, blueprints, drawings• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, suppliers and contractors to ensure that the entire process is efficient and streamlined.• Ensure the integrity and availability of installed hardware and software to optimize and enhance future projects.• Manage internal and external work teams and personnel to maximize system performance and reduce the probability of system vulnerabilities• Understand any local and international regulations and laws that may affect the legality of IT project implementation
