Full knowledge of the Injuries Board process and litigation.Liaison with brokers, insured’s, suppliers, solicitors and counsel. Attend weekly meetings with management discussing high value claims and cover issues.Ensuring that all fraud/recovery opportunities are identified, investigated and recorded. Complying with all Data Protection requirements and ensuring compliance with the CPC. Maintaining all CPD requirements.

Managing customer’s interaction in an efficient manner in order to deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction. Dealing with all aspects of settling Insured’s accidental damage and Third Party material damage.

Taking the first notification of losses directly from customers/insurers.Liaison with underwriters regarding cover/customer complaints/queriesAssessing travel insurance claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of various insurance policies.Dealing with travel agents, airline companies, medical practitioners and solicitors (home and abroad).Investigation of potential recovery situations
