As a curious and determined person, I'm always open to novelties and new-learning, with a constant look at future, progress and evolution.I think there are important steps in my career - renewing every year - and they are: 1) Since 2001 I’ve been asked to create a Media Library service in behalf of the Department of Communication and Performing Arts at Catholic University of Milan and it has been for me really a 'challenging' experience. I learned how to develop a multimedia collection and a whole service to encourage - within the University Campus - the ‘audiovisual creativity’ and interdisciplinary studies through the use of videos, which are more and more relevant both for didactic and research purposes. A big community has been developed around with the aim to promote interaction, academic activities and events. A development in Luxury Hospitality towards an 'Elegant Simplicity' and an attention to Guests with a sensibility for the environment and their personal well-being.
