Supporting the work of EFA's Arts Committee, as well as a segment of the Foundation's Adjunct Committee docket, Anna managed the Foundation's cultural grantmaking activity, focusing on a national scope of creative placemaking initiatives. She also spearheaded strategy and infrastructure development efforts, and was responsible for facilitating EFA's.

As one of the Department of Cultural Affairs’ most senior Programs members, Anna facilitated the administration of the Cultural Development Fund, directed grant review panels, and oversaw a portfolio of New York City-based cultural organizations of all disciplines and sizes. She played a strategic role in the implementation and use of the Cultural Data.

Greater New York City Area

Responsible for the leadership of all grantmaking activity at the American Music Center, Anna led eight different programs, three of which were created during her tenure, and developed and facilitated relationships with funders and AMC Board of Directors.

Responsible for key administration of the Local Cultural Council Program, the largest grassroots cultural funding network in the nation, Anna coordinated evaluation and review processes, led grant review panels, and was integral in the development of a comprehensive online grants administration tool.
